Dirt King USA Product Warranty
Warranty Policy
At Dirt King USA, we take pride in building durable, dependable tricycles designed to stand the test of time. Manufactured by MCM Manufacturing in WaKeeney, Kansas, Dirt King tricycles have earned a reputation for long-lasting performance in schools, daycares, playgrounds, and homes across the country.
Lifetime Frame Warranty
The steel frame, fork, and welds on all Dirt King USA tricycles are backed by a lifetime warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal intended use.
12-Month Component Warranty
All additional component parts are covered by a limited 12-month warranty from the original date of purchase.
Covered components may include:
- Wheels
- Tires
- Bearings
- Handlebars
- Seats
- Pedals
- Hardware and related parts
Warranty Coverage
MCM Manufacturing will replace any frame, fork, weld, or component part determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty at no charge to the original owner.
After one (1) year from the original purchase date, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs associated with warranty claims.
Warranty Limitations
This warranty:
- Applies only to the original purchaser
- Is non-transferable
- Covers defects in materials and workmanship only
- Does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, improper assembly, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications

Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
