The adjustable seat and tilting handlebars allow the tricycle to adapt to your growing youngster for years of thrills and healthy fun and exercise. Rugged ground is no match for the Dirt King®! Typical, solid-tire tricycles are difficult to maneuver on uneven terrain. Dirt King® uses air-filled floatation tires that make old and uneven sidewalks and gravel yards feel like just another lazy Sunday drive. The Dirt King® is ideal for parents who are looking for their first outdoor child tricycle. The traditional child tricycle is usually of simple design, constructed of either plastic or wood. The Dirt King® is constructed of 14 and 16 gauge hand welded steel, powder coated and engineered tough to withstand the test of time so it can be passed on to future generations. The Dirt King® design positions the adjustable seat higher than the rear wheels and slightly below the front wheel. The over-sized and air-filled tires combined with 5/8” steel ball bearings are designed to roll over any terrain, providing a smooth ride that makes riding on gravel, grass, and uneven sidewalks a breeze. The over-sized front wheel, similar to the popular “big wheel”, is utilized to improve maneuverability for smaller children. The Dirt King®, like most child tricycles, employs no mechanical brake and uses the tried and true braking method of putting your feet down on the ground to stop.

MCM Manufacturing Inc. has earned the Dirt King brand theme, “Worlds Best Tricycle”. We will honor our warranty should you experience any problem with this product. With over 20 years of high quality manufacturing craftsmanship, the Dirt King trike has survived extraordinary use and abuse in Day Care, Pre-school settings and passing the test of time.
The Dirk King Trike warranty pertains to the original owner and is not transferrable. There are no other express warrantees for the Dirk King Brand tricycle manufactured by MCM Manufacturing, Inc., WaKeeney, Kansas.
This warranty is unconditional for the durability of the steel frame and welds under uses intended for this product. A conditional or limited warranty covers all other component parts of the tricycle.
The frame, fork and welds on the Dirk King Brand tricycle manufactured by MCM Manufacturing Inc. are warranted for life. All other component parts are warranted for twelve (12) months from date of purchase.
MCM Manufacturing Inc. will replace any frame, fork or component part found to be defective at no charge. Original owner will be responsible for transportation charges under the conditions of this warranty.
Your purchase of a Dirt King Tricycle gives you legal rights expressed herein. Your State laws may entitle you to additional rights.

Very good quality

I bought this for my 3 year old and he is tall for his age but not quite tall enough to pedal by himself. Very impressed with the quality of the product, how quickly it came and awesome customer service. I wanted the yellow and green bike but based on other reviews requested the black seat. They were very accommodating and were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend this bike!

Well built but stands tall for short kids

This bike is the best tricycle.I bought it for my grandson, he is only 36 inches tall.The bike is too big for him now but he will grow into it .Too bad their isn't a size chart on your web site.There are few stores that carry this bike to see it or try it out to make sure it fits. I put peddle blocks on the peddles doubled .This seemed to help but he still struggles.The bike is built tough and he will have it for along time.

Don't buy the tricycle with the yellow seats

In the past ten years I have purchased nine of these tricycles in varying colors. Do NOT buy the ones with the yellow seats. The sun, or weather, or something breaks them down chemically and they become so sticky that it ruins the kids clothes. We keep them in covered storage and store them away for the winter. I have contacted the company but I guess I just have to spend a lot more money to purchase replacement black seats. The black seats hold wonderfully.
****UPDATE:
Dirt King USA has sent out new replacement seats. We are very sorry that the yellow seats caused problems and that we neglected in contacting the customer sooner.
Current models having the yellow seats are from a different seat manufacturer and have no reported problems.
